About the Job

• Part-time YouTube (PAID PER JOB) editor for a real estate investing (NOT real estate agents) and personal finance channel
• A focus on talking head videos, motion graphics, and occasional interviews
• Editing style similar to these creators:
• @SunnyLenarduzzi – overall style, zoom transitions, title screens, icons
• @nischa – overall style, motion graphics, color
• @TaeKimFinancialTortoise – motion graphics, overall style
• @monicachurchrealtor – overall style, b-roll
• @SydneyAdams – music editing, b-roll
• Preferred editing software: Premiere Pro and Adobe AfterEffects, but open to skilled editors using other tools like CapCut Desktop
• Volume: 2 long-form videos per week, plus 2–3 short-form videos per week
• Average video length: 5–20 minutes
• Bonus if you have a background in real estate investing or personal finance/investment topics
• While the role is location-independent, we strongly prefer applicants located in North America/South America (similar time zone/UTC−06:00) to ensure better collaboration and communication during U.S. business hours
