About the Job

We are looking for a Creative Content Strategist to develop engaging short-form video ideas for our team of influencers and content creators based in South America. The ideal candidate must be based in the U.S. or Canada and have a deep understanding of what’s trending in North America, as our content is created for that audience.

Your role will involve researching viral trends, brainstorming creative video concepts, and structuring content ideas to maximize engagement. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing fresh and innovative content strategies.

Ideal Candidate

• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada and have a strong understanding of North American trends.

• Highly creative with a passion for viral short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

• Constantly up-to-date with the latest social media trends, challenges, and pop culture.

• Able to tailor content ideas to fit different creator personalities.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Job Requirements

• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media strategy is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of trending video formats, challenges, and sounds.

• Ability to provide clear, structured, and engaging content ideas.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.

• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus but not required.
