About the job
We're on the lookout for a skilled Thumbnail Designer with a deep understanding of strategies to enhance Click-Through Rates (CTR). Your primary role will involve identifying videos that could benefit from thumbnail optimization. Following your recommendations, we'll conduct A/B testing with the current thumbnails to evaluate the effectiveness of your designs.
Job requirements
It'd be awesome to see side-by-side comparisons of before/after thumbnails you've made in a document with CTR's on both. Also, if you could share your failures in your cover letter, I'd appreciate it.
