About the job
- Ability to turn raw video footage into a seamless final product seen by the entire internet and reviewed by the Post Production Leadership Team. - Ability to cut and trim videos in such a way as to add to its entertainment value from start to finish. - Deliver fresh, entertaining content to keep viewers coming back as well as gain interest and attention of new viewers - Highlight funny/epic moments - Maintain a passion for YouTube and the internet including but not limited to: Trends, Memes, Graphics - Learn and Maintain knowledge in the development of the the TBNR best editing practices/ methods - Ability to edit a Rough Cut of a Video within the first day of receiving. - Ability to manage time so that content is delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with TBNR quality and creative standards - Ability to utilize knowledge of content per each channel on a per-channel basis and deliver content with that specific standard in mind. - Utilize knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop to improve and create video assets. - Edit videos in an on-site environment in both a supervised and unsupervised capacity in meeting all deadline dates. - Pursue ongoing knowledge and growth in the love for gaming and YouTube. - Work with the Post Production Supervisor to ensure all QC notes are reviewed and implemented. - Maintain strong work relationships with all team members and department leaders

Job requirements
- A LOVE for YouTube, gaming, and trends - Basic knowledge of YouTube - Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Expertise and efficiency in Adobe CC, as Premiere is the NLE of choice. - Experience with Photoshop and/or After Effects - Be readily available to complete last-minute requests including some nights and weekends
