YouTube Channel Leader – Gaming & Voice Talent

Remote | Contract Required

We’re hiring a Channel Leader to serve as the lead performer for one of our YouTube Gaming channels. You’ll record gameplay with voiceover, coordinate with voice actors, and work with editors and artists to deliver engaging, high-performing videos.

Our current focus is Roblox, and we’re looking for someone who understands the platform and how to deliver content that connects with the target audience. We’re also open to expanding into other game channels if the right talent and concept align.

Bonus: We’re also hiring additional voice actors, so it’s a plus if you can help identify and organize talent to support your recordings.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Planning

• Record and deliver 7 gameplay videos per week as part of a consistent content schedule
• Perform with energy, clarity, and consistency
• Use our guidelines to plan and coordinate scenes and recordings with voice actors
• Lead the planning and structure of each video to align with proven content formats
• Stay focused on view growth, retention, and engagement—optimize for watch time and CTR

Channel Growth Support

• Help meet viewership goals (1M+ in Month 1, 10M+/month by Month 12)
• Identify trends, titles, and themes that perform well and adapt them into our format
• Propose creative hooks, challenges, or pacing adjustments that boost performance

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with editors and thumbnail artists to ensure quality output
• Participate in collaborative videos with other team members when scheduled

Roblox-Specific Focus

• Deep familiarity with Roblox gameplay, top games, and avatar marketplace
• Understand what makes Roblox content resonate visually and narratively
• Offer strategies for integrating avatar trends, UGC items, or game-specific challenges
• Maintain light connections with Roblox creators or developers (if applicable)

Livestreaming (Optional)

• Hosting Livestreams will be based on performance, engagement needs, and channel strategy
• Streaming is not required to start and may be introduced over time

Performance Awareness

• Understand key YouTube metrics (AVD, CTR, retention)
• Apply feedback to improve video engagement and consistency

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong voice performance skills (voice acting or gameplay narration)
• Has experience with Roblox or similar gaming content
• Understands how pacing, voice delivery, and structure impact viewer retention
• Can follow direction, meet deadlines, and lead weekly recordings
• Uses our guidelines to plan and coordinate scenes with voice actors
• Has a reliable gaming setup and clear mic audio suitable for YouTube content
• Is organized, consistent, and comfortable working with a remote team
• Preferred: Experience with successful YouTube content—open to fast learners with strong creative instincts
• Bonus: Ability to recommend or coordinate additional voice actors for the channel
