🎯 Position: YouTube Strategist & Social Media Growth Architect
Location: Remote (Global)
Type: Contract-to-Hire / Full-Time
Comp: $3K/month base + % of revenue uplift from content initiatives

Job Requirements
Must Haves:
- Proven track record growing YouTube channels to 100K+ subs or from 0 to monetization fast
- You understand hooks, pacing, and storytelling better than most creators
- You study creators like Colin & Samir, Alex Hormozi, Huberman, and understand what sells in the modern YouTube funnel
- You know how to turn long-form into a viral short-form engine
- You're dangerous with tools like Notion, GHL, or Descript
- You thrive in async, fast-paced, founder-led companies
Bonus if:
- You’ve built personal brands or channels in fitness, SaaS, or direct response spaces
- You’ve run YouTube ad campaigns, thumbnails, or SEO optimization
- You can write cold open scripts and know your way around UGC/paid creative frameworks
