About the Job

I'm looking for a motivated Channel Manager to take over the management of a well-established YouTube channel with 100k subscribers. The Channel Manager will have almost full control of the channel, overseeing the creative, production, and strategic direction. You’ll be responsible for developing video ideas, writing scripts, managing production, and hiring a video editor. This is a leadership role similar to a CEO, where you will drive the channel’s growth and work alongside a team to execute your vision.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong experience in content creation, video production, and team leadership. You should be passionate about growing a YouTube channel and have experience with scaling digital content. You must be highly organized, creative, and capable of making strategic decisions. If you are a leader who thrives in an autonomous role and enjoys working with a team, this could be the perfect fit.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels or similar digital platforms
• Strong skills in video production, including scripting, editing, and publishing
• Ability to hire and manage a video editor
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with tools such as YouTube Studio, editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.), and project management tools
• Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities to guide a creative team
