About the Job

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team at "Sudden Wealth Stewardship", a YouTube channel dedicated to providing guidance on wealth management and retirement planning based on biblical principles. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects. Your role is crucial in the post-production process and your skills can determine the quality and delivery of the final product. You will be working closely with our content team to produce approximately 2 videos per week.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about storytelling and has a keen eye for detail. You should have a deep understanding of how to use visual, sound, and narrative elements to tell compelling stories. You should also be familiar with the YouTube platform and have a passion for wealth management, retirement planning, and Jesus. We are a small but growing channel, so we're looking for someone who is excited to help us grow and can bring fresh ideas to the table.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor
• Proficient in one of the widely used video editing software.
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
• Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with team members and the ability to bring a concept to life.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with wealth management and retirement planning is a plus.
