Ideal candidate

I'm looking for a rockstar editor—not the cheapest, no free trials, no chances. - Edit in FCPX, DVR, or PP (No CapCut/Wondershare, etc.) - Specialize in educational talking head YouTube videos - Capacity to do at least 1 video per week (incl. revisions) - Excellent attention to detail - Native-level English skills Ideally, you're in your 30s and understand the viewing preferences of our age group. No weird transitions, tacky graphics, cheap sound effects, or overstimulation. You must take constructive criticism well and communicate effectively. My goal is to make our lives easy so we can focus on making money.

Job requirements

I need an experienced, confident editor with native-level English skills and years of experience in educational talking head YouTube videos. Budget is secondary.
