About the job

Hey, we're looking for long-term editors to edit our sports videos for us in a documentary style. We'd like to open up the possibility of working together on a regular basis. The first two links will show examples of good sports videos, while the third shows an example of one of our videos, as a general framework for what you should be building your editing around. A document containing the overview of the editing process will be given before proceeding, but a key thing to note is that we use no video footage of sports events, just photos and editing with the occasional stock footage. Our channel has just been monetised and our budget per video right now is $40. But if we see an increase in video retention and views as a result of your editing then we'll certainly provide you with bonuses and increased pay based on the performance. Ideal candidate

Being able to use their editing skills to create a story which captivates viewers. Having experience with motion graphics will be very useful for our videos, as we'd like the editing to be really smooth.

Job requirements

1 video a week, a minimum of 8 minutes each but will likely fall around the 10 minute mark on average.
